How do I get started?

 

Our menu is available with no contracts to order as you go or as part of a weekly plan. If you would like to order as you go, add what you would like to your cart, and proceed to the checkout! 

 

Where can I find the nutritional information?

 

All of our FDA- compliant nutritional facts are found on each product page (example). Anytime you click on a meal you can view the nutritional information to see the facts label and ingredients.

ls your packaging environmentally friendly?  

Our plant based containers are composed of annually renewable, wild-harvested plant fibers and wheat straw. These containers will biodegrade completely, quickly and safely.

How do I reheat my meals?

To heat, remove the recyclable lid from the packaging and heat up.

  • Oven 400° for 10–15 mins (Recommended)

  • Microwave 1:30–2:00 mins

Do you serve frozen meals?

 

Never! Our meals are cooked fresh and delivered to your doorstep once a week!

Is there a delivery fee?

Orders of 8 meals or more are delivered absolutely free! Orders under 8 meals, will include an $10 delivery fee. All weekly plans include free delivery. 

 

How do the deliveries work?

 

We deliver Sunday evening between the hours of 5:00-9:00 pm. Your food will be at your door in an insulated cooler bag with an ice pack. 

 

Where do you deliver?

 

We deliver to Miami, Palm Beach & Broward County.

 

What do I do with my cooler bags and ice packs?

 

Please leave the cooler bag out with the ice packs so our driver can exchange them on next delivery. This helps us cut down on waste!

-Weekly Plans

Do I have to sign up for the weekly plans?

Signing up for a meal plan is not required. All meals on the Shop page are available to order individually; Whatever you want and whenever you want. We accept orders as small as 1 meal.

How can I pick my meals on the weekly plan?

The new menu will be posted every Monday. Please login to your account, and add the desired meals to your weekly plan on the subscription page no later than Thursday 11:59PM Midnight EST prior to delivery day. If no selection is made by this time, Chef will select your meals for the week.

I am going on vacation, how do I pause my weekly plan?

Please login to your account on the subscription page where you find the option to cancel or pause your account.  You have up until 11:59PM Midnight EST on the Thursday before to cancel your subscription and not be charged. If you allow for auto renew to take place without prior notice for cancellation you are agreeing to continue use of service and no refund will be issued. What is the weekly plan cancellation policy?

Meal Plans auto renew at full price for all products included in initial order unless otherwise agreed upon between you, the member, and us.  You have up until 11:59PM Midnight EST on the Thursday before to cancel your subscription and not be charged. If you allow for auto renew to take place without prior notice for cancellation you are agreeing to continue use of service and no refund will be issued. To cancel or pause your subscription, please login to your account on the subcription page where you will find instructions on how to pause/cancel.
